    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that this project was meant to serve two districts, that is, Siaya and Butere. It covers a total of 210 square kilometres. This project was meant to serve a population of 90,000 people and 8,000 livestock. This project is on River Yala at Ndalu Falls. This means that it serves people as it flows. Mr. Speaker, Sir, at the moment, it is serving 50,000 of the intended population it was supposed to serve. We will continue with the rehabilitation."
