But the truth of the matter is, nevertheless--- The question I want to ask is: Do we really want to continue speaking to our people in languages that they do not understand? For the same reason, I know for sure, when we shall go looking for votes very soon--- I know when we go looking for votes, we will speak the language that the people understand. How come when we go to these people asking them for votes, for example, we speak to them in their langues. We speak to them in their languages because we want them to understand us. Why then do we speak to them in languages that they do not understand when we are giving them public policy? However, we deal with that issue---"
