    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Yes, I am aware that Mutarakwa Divisional Headquarters in Sotik Constituency has no electricity. (b) The installation of electricity under the Rural Electrification Programme is undertaken on the basis of recommendations from the District Development Committees (DDCs). So far, no recommendation has been received from the Bomet DDC regarding the installation of electricity to Mutarakwa Divisional Headquarters. The Government is, however, considering a request from the hon. Member regarding a list of projects he submitted to us. Mutarakwa Divisional Headquarters is one of the listed projects."
