    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the reason why some of the projects not only in Nyanza, but also in the rest of the country are not moving as fast as we expected, is because there has been a shortage of some critical accessories like cloisonne. We had a meeting with the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) yesterday and we streamlined that issue. So, we expect work to commence everywhere in a very short time as soon as those accessories arrive."
