I realise that in order to achieve the objective of the Vision 2030, we need to strengthen the informal sector. That means that all the KIE sheds, including Jua Kali sheds, should be built. I have said earlier that we intend to fulfil the need for KIE sheds in Kerugoya Town before the end of the next Session of Parliament. I have just undertaken that it is within the Budgets of the years between 2007 and 2011."
