So, it has made it very difficult for the population on one side to cross over to the other side because of Kenya Railways Corporation's regulations. Residents are being arrested day and night because they are not free to cross the railway line. Could the Ministry consider, because of the need of the people to cross from one part of Teso District to another, putting two railway crossings? It would only cost around Kshs100,000."
