    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I support the Report fully. There is need to move with speed to bring in the loans that the Ministry has acquired on behalf of KenGen to stabilize and to also increase the capacity of electric power in this country. We all know that all areas of this country are suffering. In Nyanza, we have very poor electricity supply and we hope that with adequate and cheap power coming in through the development of geothermal power, this country will not only enjoy stable power supply, but will also enjoy cheap power."
