    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to know from the Assistant Minister the rationale of doing one part of the road and leaving the other part. I am talking from a position of knowledge. I went to school at Nyabondo, which is even older than the Kenyan Government. This road from Sondu to Kusa serves a large economic community including the Sondu Miriu Power Plant. Could the Assistant Minister undertake to tarmack this section which was deliberately left out because of discrimination?"
