    "content": "I am not imputing any improper motives. I am just trying to highlight what is likely to happen. I want to state on the Floor of this House that despite the Teso community being accommodative, that should not happen because it will lead to disaster in the region. My appeal is, let the people of Busia and Bungoma concentrate on where they belong and leave the Teso alone. When the Electoral Commission of Kenya goes round, let it go and find out the views of the people on the ground. It should go by those views. Let them not come and cook up issues in Nairobi here and try to impose them on the people. With those remarks, I beg to support."
