    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, unless the hon. Member has a different agenda on this issue, I think the step taken by the District Commissioner and his committee is a good one. If he has resentment on the action taken, of allocating the hospital an equal piece of land which is adjacent to the hospital, and this is not pertinent in his thinking, then I would like to hear his views on how to solve this issue. I would like to tell the House that this developer is not a resident of the hon. Member's constituency. He comes from Siaya. I would not want to be seen as trying to hit at a developer just because he comes from a different constituency."
