    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this issue of absence of Ministers from the House is becoming very serious. I remember that you even wrote to the President to express your concerns and those of the House in general. It is very frustrating when we are discussing the Budget, and there is no Member of the Government to listen to us. An example was this morning. In fact, it was almost heading to a vote of no confidence--- I mean lack of quorum. It is a talking shop! We can sit here and there is-- There should be, at least, one person from the Government to listen to our sentiments. These are very serious sentiments, Mr. Speaker, Sir! Thank you."
