Member has some very useful information and he has made a very serious allegation that there is somebody who has become a millionaire overnight. This is misuse of office. I think the hon. Member should substantiate so that it is easier to follow and, of course, tell the people the truth. If we are hon. Members in this House, we cannot have allegations. Let us be brave enough to substantiate."
