    "content": "to know what was happening. In this country, we have two major happenings, which people do not seem to know and one of them is the Vision 2030. Apart from the elite who include the Members of Parliament, that information has not been disseminated to the common man. The same thing is happening with the East African Community. It is only known to the elite, but not to the common man. What is the Government doing to ensure that right from primary, secondary and university education, everybody knows what is happening and the policies and crucial decisions by the Government are disseminated to the general population?"
