    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if the hon. Member was listening to the earlier answer, I said that we are faced with a situation we never anticipated. We had not foreseen a situation where Southern Sudan would require to use our roads. Now we know that the people of Southern Sudan want to use that road because it is more convenient to them. We have to go back to the drawing board, not only on the issue of the bridge, but also on the issue of the roads. This is going to take time. The available funds are very limited. I will not divert funds which have been allocated for internal roads, which are also highways, to the road that goes to Lokichoggio and Southern Sudan. I will have to look for new funds for that particular road. I cannot give an answer as to when I will get the funds."
