But trying to generate inter-clan conflicts and animosity is not the best way to win votes. Ruma Location is settled by various clans from all over the place, including the original Suba community. They exist in that location. But by merely transferring Lambwe Division will not solve the issue! The Suba people in Ruma Location will also complain!"
