    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not see the need to set up a commission for purposes of this exercise because there is a policy in place to deal with such issues. As I said, the people of Ruma Location can petition their leaders so that, eventually, recommendations from the locations can come to us. The recommendation might tell us where the people of Ruma would like to be transferred to from the present constituency or division. We will do it. It is not an issue that we need to go there ourselves to resolve. In any case, provincial boundaries are not supposed to separate or divide people. They are only for the ease of administration and provision of services to the people."
