"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. According to the Statement which the 2014 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 26, 2007 Minister has just read--- He gave the history of what happened. He also said that there was a Presidential directive for that piece of land to be sold to the people. I agree that the land should have been sold to the people who had collected money. However, at that time, the money was returned to the members. I would like the Minister to clarify whether these people, who now own the land, bought it or not. If they bought it, why is it that they are being taken like they grabbed the land? Mr. Speaker, Sir, secondly, I would like the Minister to tell us how he intends to repossess land from the people who really bought it, so that it can be given to those who had applied for it earlier on. Mr. Speaker, Sir, thirdly, it is known that sometime in either 2002 or 2003, the Minister led a group of people to raid that land. It is common knowledge that he has been fighting with the owners of those parcels of land. For example, Mzee Mulu Mutisya is no longer there. It is only his sons who are there. So, they do not know how Mzee Mutisya acquired it and for how much. Could the Minister tell us what exactly is he after in those two parcels of land?"
