    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have absolutely no personal interest as hon. Prof. Kivutha Kibwana. This is not the only place where we have indicated that research land has been taken away by anybody. It is, therefore, a public utility and, the Government is interested in examining that situation. There are many ADC farms that the Government, for example, in Malindi, has looked at afresh because there were irregularities when this was being done. I have no personal interest. These are things that we are pursuing countrywide."
