(a) Is the Attorney-General aware that Mr. Joel Mbugua has been in remand in Industrial Area Prison for the last one year and two months? (b) Is the Attorney-General also aware that the case has been adjourned 16 times and mentioned 12 times? (c) What is the Attorney-General doing to deal with the plight of Mr. Mbugua as well as all persons held in custody in similar circumstances in line with the constitutionally guaranteed rights and fundamental freedoms?"
