    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for granting me this opportunity to be able, first of all, to thank the Minister for Finance for producing what I consider to be one of the best Budgets that this country has ever had. As you know, I also used to prepare a Budget and, therefore, I have that knowledge. I say so, because of a number of reasons. The first reason is that the Minister has not introduced new taxes, contrary to what we have just heard here. What the Minister had done is to introduce adjustments that will benefit the various sectors of the economy as listed in his Budget Speech. They are all there. They are about eight.
