Sometimes that leads some of us to believe that some of these institutions, like the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, or even the Judiciary, are probably abetting and condoning corruption. Otherwise, we would, probably, have seen a change in some of these things. However, we are not. All the cases 2040 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 26, 2007 are being withdrawn and so forth.
