(a) I am aware that Shiyiro Primary School, in Butere Mumias District, has not received the following disbursements due to the invalid account numbers given by the headteacher at the time of disbursement; in July, 2006 - Kshs122,400; October, 2006 - Kshs142,400. (b) The error has since been corrected and the money disbursed to the correct school account No.226750707 at the Kenya Commercial Bank, Mumias Branch."
