    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, in accordance with Section 101 of the Constitution of Kenya, the withdrawal of Kshs224,519,213,130 representing one-half of the total net estimates of Recurrent and Development Expenditure made up in the manner set out in the Vote on Account schedules laid on the Table of the House; be authorised for the purpose of meeting expenditure necessary to carry on the services of the Government of Kenya during the year ending 30th June, 2008, until such time as the Appropriation Act for the year comes into operation. Mr. Speaker, Sir, His Excellency the President has given consent to this Motion."
