    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Administration and National Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that on Sunday, 10th June, 2007, people raided Malaba Town killing one person and injuring two others just ten metres aware from Malaba Police Station? (b) Is the Minister aware that similar raids that have led to loss of lives have been carried out at Malaba Town Council and many other business premises? (c) If the answers to parts (a) and (b) are in the affirmative, what urgent measures is the Minister putting in place to guarantee the residents of Malaba Town their security and that of their properties?"
