"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, insecurity paints a very negative picture of this Government. Last week, in Kirango Sub-Location, robbers held hostage the whole village for two hours with impunity. They dared anybody who dared to come out, to do so and threatened to shoot such a person right there. The nearest police station does not have vehicles. The officers said that they could not go to the scene of crime. What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that all police stations have vehicles, so that police officers can respond to distress calls quickly?"
