    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Government has endeavoured to improve the capacity of the police to respond to crime. Indeed, very few police stations now do not have vehicles. The Government has been purchasing vehicles for the police and we are continuing to do that. We want to make sure that every police station has, at least, one vehicle in working condition to assist the police to do their work. The situation is better than it used to be."
