    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not have any problem with what the Questioner is requesting. The reason it has taken time was for us to get the right people who are going to be given guns. That is why we had to take long in vetting. Vetting about 1,300 people to be employed as KPRS is not an easy task. We were also waiting for the Department to buy the ammunition for those who were being vetted. So, if need be, I will try and fast-track the process. Once we have the uniforms and the ammunition, we will definitely reduce the period from three months to two months, or whichever comes earlier. I agree with you fully."
