    "content": "asked the Minister for Water and Irrigation:- (a) whether he is aware that Kolooso Dam in Koma Rock Location constructed using CDF Funds was washed away in May, 2006; (b) whether he is also aware that the Ministry's officials supervised the construction, drew designs and prepared a bill of quantities; (c) whether he is further aware that the Ministry issued a certificate of completion to the contractor; and, (d) what caused the dam to be washed away and what the Minister is doing to have it re-built to help the local community access water in that dry part of Machakos."
