    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me the opportunity to air my views on this very important Motion. First, I want to commend the Minister for a reasonably well-argued Budget, and commend the Government for revenue collection, which has clearly gone up over the last four or five years. The 6.1 per cent growth rate that was forecast for this year will probably be achieved. But that has yet to be translated into tangible benefits for the poor mwananchi out there."
