However, he cannot discuss the conduct of a judicial officer on the Floor of the House! He cannot say that a judge has either made it too high or too low! You appeal if that has to be done! What we are arguing now is not to be argued on the Floor of this House. It is argued in the court! Nonetheless, proceed, hon. Attorney-General."
