    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, last week, you deferred this Question for the simple reason that the answer given was not adequate. The Assistant Minister promised to go and check facts and come back to the House. I have re-confirmed that these are not the correct facts. I do not think we are going to do this House justice if deferment of Questions is for the purpose of getting the same answers. We agreed that the Assistant Minister was going to investigate and report back to this House. You directed to that extent. This is the same answer that I have."
