    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not think we are going to trivialise matters that concern our constituents at the behest of politics of the kind of Mr. Wanjala. This Question was deferred last week. I had consulted with the other Assistant Minister and we had agreed that this borehole was supposed to be drilled, water piped and a tank built. This is a short-change on the part of my people. It is not in order for politicians to be brought in, in matters of this nature."
