Nkaisserry to tell this House that he cannot explain how people disappeared because he was not with them and yet he is supposed to get that information to the House? We do not expect the Assistant Minister to be the one in combat, but he must get the proper information of what happened. Is the Assistant Minister in order to claim that he cannot explain how those soldiers disappeared because he was not with them?"
