Member is implying is, that the Government does not wish to ensure that every Kenyan enjoys his or her constitutional rights, is not correct. The fact is that, the hands of the Government are tied by the High Court ruling, but if the House is so keen on empowering us then, soon, there will be the Media Bill (2007). Give us the power and we are going to enforce the Constitution and make sure that every Kenyan then can enjoy his or her constitutional rights. So, the ball is in their court!"
