    "content": "asked the Attorney-General:- (a) whether he is aware that the late Guyo Abdi Buke and Somo Kinto Torotora were shot and killed by Kenya Army personnel in Garba-Tulla on 24th July,1999; (b) if he is further aware that Inquest No.21 of 2001 at CMC, Meru, concluded that the Officer Commanding Station (OCS), Garba-Tulla, and several army officers be investigated further; and, (c) what action he has taken to ensure that investigations are carried out and culprits dealt with in accordance with the law."
