    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have responded to that question more than once here, and I have said that the Government is keen. The Bill received assent on 31st December, 2003. The Act came into force on the 25th June, 2004, but certain sections of that Act have not received gazettement. This is because some of these sections are in conflict with the existing law, and law is changed in the House here and we are in the process of changing that law to facilitate implementation of some of these sections."
