"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, 2010 is not that far off. It is only three years away. In any case, given the constraints in which we are operating under as a Ministry, we have begun gradually implementing something that is sustainable. This is why in this Financial Year, 2006/2007, we have already identified 4,000 sectors that will receive initial support. Perhaps, the situation will improve next year and we will do more than 4,000 sectors. The intention is to incorporate all this 1776 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 13, 2007 within the overall plan; that is by 2010 latest."
