    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Ministry is maintaining roads on \"a stitch in time that saves time\" basis. Roads in this country are in a deplorable state. Either the Minister flies or he has no experience at all, on what happens to drivers in this country. Heavy commercial vehicles have wrecked our roads. The bypass between Nakuru, Koibatek and Eldoret was not meant for heavy commercial vehicles. What steps is the Minister taking to ensure that this road will be a bypass for the main construction of the Nakuru-Eldoret Road?"
