    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. Kenya Planters Co-operative Union (KPCU) does not owe Kshs641 million accruing from the sale of coffee supplied by Central Province farmers in 2002. The amount was held by a consortium of banks from the then marketer, the Coffee Board of Kenya. The Ministry is following up the matter with the Treasury to find ways of paying the farmers' arrears."
