One notable institution is the Kenya Co-operative Creameries (KCC) and many others. The Coffee Board of Kenya cannot pay now because it has no money to pay. That is why we are coming in, as a Ministry, to discuss with the Treasury and ensure that, that money is paid. The Coffee Board of Kenya has serious financial problems!"
