If I heard him clearly, the question was that some of the roads being maintained using the tea cess are also maintained using other funds like the KRB money. Therefore, Dr. Kones’ question was what the Ministry is doing so that there is no duplication in the maintenance of those roads so that money is not spent from different sources for maintenance of the same road."
