    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Tourism and Wildlife regarding the wildlife menace in my Isiolo South Constituency. It has gone beyond normal and, particularly, the hyenas that have been harassing pastoralists in my constituency and literally everywhere else. That has been my observation during our short break. Even in trading centres, people cannot sleep because of the hyenas. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to know the following from the Minister:- How many livestock have been affected by the hyenas? How many have been killed or injured? What measures is his Ministry taking to ensure that, that menace is contained?"
