    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have to take this issue seriously. The fact that there is a picture appearing in today's newspaper is not enough to make us conclude that police killed somebody in cold blood. We will be the first ones, as a Government, to take action if we are given any evidence that a police officer has acted in any way contrary to the law. The rules of this House do not allow us to quote newspapers and the Press as our evidence when we are investigating matters. These matters should be investigated. I am challenging Mr. Raila to bring proper evidence and we will do the investigations."
