    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, sexual harassment is a crime like any other crime and it is dealt with through the same machinery. However, on our part as a Ministry, when a case is reported, it is investigated. Sometimes it is very difficult to establish the facts, but if evidence is found, even headmasters are dismissed. We are not doubting the teachers, but we must have something tangible to prosecute him as required by the law. We will definitely support all female teachers who complain of such harassment. Equally, we will protect the male teachers if they happen to be harassed."
