    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Ministry of Roads and Public Works is doing a lot of work to rehabilitate dilapidated roads. The other day, we saw an incident in Mombasa where a contractor had been awarded a contract and then he ended up doing shoddy work. We know that the Government blacklists contractors who do shoddy works, so that they are not awarded more contracts. The Assistant Minister has said that plans to tarmack Ekero-Ebuyangu Road are underway. What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that we get value for the money that will be paid to the contractor?"
