It is unfortunate that up to this time, we do not have statistics of the number of disabled people in Kenya. However, I am aware that many years ago, there was a national fund for the disabled people in Kenya which is supposed to distribute money to support the disabled people. I would like to know how much money has been given to the estimated 2,000 people in Khwisero to support them."
