I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communications and Public Works. I know that the Kshs3.4 million or Kshs10 million or billion does not come from the coffers of the KPLC or the Kenyan taxpayers. The CEO is earning from the World Bank. The Chief Executive Officer of the KPLC is paid by the World Bank. He is not being paid by us. So, it is not good for my colleague to give information which he has no empirical facts."
