    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister is misleading this House and the nation. The side of the bridge in my constituency is not where the youth do business. The youth do business on the side of the Coast Province. The vetting and the screening takes place on the Garissa side of the bridge. So, he is misleading the nation because he is saying that the youths doing business interfere with the screening. The screening is done on the Garissa side, which is a totally different area."
