    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is very clear from the manner in which the Assistant Minister is dealing with this Question, that he has not been fully briefed on the situation on the Maralal-Rumuruti Road. There is a police patrol car which was allocated to this route, but it is parked in Nanyuki, which is 150 kilometres away. Rumuruti is now the headquarters of a new district. When I reported this incident, there were only two policemen at the Rumuruti Police Station, because the Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) is still located in Nanyuki."
