    "content": "Mr., Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the hon. Member that the project was started two years ago. Initially, it was allocated Kshs2 million. At that time, we thought that the Kshs2 million would be enough but as the project has continued, our latest appraisal, as of July, 2006, is that we needed an additional amount of Kshs468,718 to complete the wards. I have all the attachments to show this. I do not think there is anything we can add. There is an amount of money that is going to be put in the next Budget to complete this project so that it can be operationalised."
